The condition of Juba University is very poor; the library was closed in 1985 due to the war and has just reopened, but only old books are available. The Library is the heart of the University; its state is an indicator of the life of the institution itself. This project seeks support to overcome the lack of books of Juba University Library and support University research capacity, hence strengthen the civil transformation of southern Sudan society.
